Yes, Nutraphase products can be purchased in retail stores, including Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Popeyes, Supplement King, and many more. We are in retail stores located across Canada.

We stand behind all our products. If there are any defects with the product, please reach out to info@nutraphase.com and we will correct the issue. Please note: Flavour preference and taste are not a valid reason for returns. For more information, please email us.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-9 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited edition releases, or other times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order's shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

This depends on your goal. Please refer to this page that discusses what each different product does, and how it may benefit you in reaching your goals.

You can mix all powder products with water. Some products such as our New Zealand Whey Protein and Collagen, you can mix with milk.

Yes, all our products are clean, meaning there are no artificial colours, no artificial flavours, and no artificial sweeteners.

Our BCAAs, EAAs, Creatine, Pre-Workouts, are all vegan friendly. Some of our Clean Beans are also vegan friendly.

Most of our powder products have a 2-3 year shelf life depending on the product. Our functional snack foods are guaranteed 6 months from purchase. All our product’s shelf life varies, please be sure to check expiration dates once you receive your products.
