Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients:
ā 2 1/4 cup flour
ā 1/2 cup of New Zealand Whey vanilla protein powder
ā 1/4 cup sugars
ā 1 tsp cinnamon
ā 3 tbsp of coconut oil
ā 2 eggs
ā 1-2 ripe bananas
ā Splash of salt and vanilla!
ā Optional: chocolate chips
Instructions:
ā Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
ā In a medium bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients - in a separate bowl mix together all the wet ingredients. Add the two mixtures together and whisk until combined. Then place into the oven for 55 minutes!
