Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting NutraPhase. This page details the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy 

Order Processing 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-9 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited edition releases, or other times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order's shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. 

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active

Shipping Rates 

We currently only ship to Canada

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout 

Any orders over $150 will qualify for free shipping

**Note that we currently we do not ship to P.O box locations** 

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds 

If you don't receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nutraphase.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nutraphase.com Please include your order number, details of the damage and a photo of the item's condition.
